With a diverse background in audiovisual journalism, customer-facing roles, and user experience design, I combine storytelling and empathy to create digital experiences that truly connect with users. My journey started in journalism, where I sharpened my skills in clear communication and deep audience connection, abilities that now guide my approach to UX design.

 

I thrive in collaborative environments, believing that the best design comes from teams working closely together, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. 

 

Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree in Human-Centered Design at Pace University. I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and shaping meaningful experiences that make a lasting impact.
